One of the rarest chocolate in the world: Pure Nacional 90% dark chocolate aged for 3 years with Macallan Single Malt Scotch 25 years Whisky, this one is not aged in the whisky barrel or cask, it's put inside a special container with whisky, so the cacao beans have absorbed all aroma and flavours molecules of the whisky throughout the 3 years.
The Peru Maranon Pure Nacional 90% dark chocolate in 2016 to allow the micro-interaction to fulfil the magical reaction.
Taste of the aged chocolate: strong aroma of whisky, apricot and flower aroma drive out first, then caramel and fruit notes of the chocolate come with nutty whisky, followed by the unique aroma of syrup whisky and oak.
Japanese Gold Plated Packaging
8 pieces of chocolate (total 40g) are stored in a 99 Gold-plated cubic container, which is made by the traditional gold factory in Japan with the heart of gold craftsmanship.
